Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GayBusiness.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the directory.
Directory Listings
GayBusiness.com lists LGBTQ+ owned, LGBTQ+ led, and affirming businesses. Listings are provided by business owners and are not endorsements. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
Contributions and Payments
For-profit businesses may make a one-time $99 contribution through Every.org to receive a lifetime featured listing. GayBusiness.com does not process, receive, or control any contribution. All payments are handled by Every.org, an independent 501(c)(3), and are directed to the eligible LGBTQ+ nonprofit selected by the business. Eligible nonprofit organizations may list at no cost.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting a listing, you grant GayBusiness.com a license to display that content in connection with the directory. You represent that your content is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the directory to post misleading, fraudulent, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content, or to harass other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Disclaimer
GayBusiness.com is provided as-is and makes no warranties about the accuracy of listings or the results of any search. We are not responsible for transactions or interactions between users and listed businesses.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the directory after changes means you accept the updated terms.
